The Hideaway Forest school, is located in beautiful secret outdoor spaces that play host to our Forest School classes for children and their families. The Hideaway Forest School believes every family should have regular access to a natural environment where they can learn through play, take risks and connect to nature.

Access to the Hideaway is up a narrow lane next to number 18 Eastfield terrace. Make your way along the lane and down the steps at the end. If arriving by private car then please park considerately not blocking driveways or mounting the pavement.

Pre-school Sessions - Young Explorers
Children age 18 months - 5 years
Children age approx. 18 months - 5years are invited to attend our stay and play explorer sessions with their carers on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 - 11.30 am. Our sessions involve a circle time, a healthy snack cooked on the fire, free exploration and many woodland activities. We ask that you pay for a term of sessions, the cost works out to be only £9 a session and a discount for additional siblings.

School Holiday Clubs
Easter, Whitsun, Summer & October school holiday clubs
Each holiday club schedule is unique, the children will learn and practise bush craft skills, learn about local flora and fauna whilst having fun playing games and exploring. Our sessions are designed to ensure the children will have plenty of play and socialising opportunities within a natural habitat.

Forest Parties and Events
Privately hire the Henleaze Hideaway outdoor space
Explore nature, get muddy and have fun! Parties can be based around a theme or the children can make nature art, have a go using woodwork tools, build dens, hunt for hidden treasure and toast marshmallows on the fire.
